30-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at HALO HULL, which is why we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date, we will process your return request.
Return & Exchange Conditions:
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy: (HALO HULL is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees)
1. Received the wrong item.
2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving.
Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy: (Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees. HALO HULL does not refund any shipping fees)
1. Customer ordered the wrong size.
2. Customer does not like the item in person.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return & Exchange Policy:
1.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be returned again.
General Return/Exchange Process:
1. Step 1 Initiate your return/exchange
e-mail us at contact@halohull.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.
2. Step 2 Ship product back
Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 7 days by following our instructions. It's better to use the shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
3. Step 3 Refund or exchange
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
4. Exchange:We will send you an e-mail to confirm your mailing address before we ship product, if your address has changed, please contact us to correct it. Once your information is confirmed, we will send product within 2 working days.
5. Return:We will send you an email to confirm whether your refund bank account is correct (paypal or credit card). If your account has changed, please let us know in time.Once your information is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 2 working days.
Refund Conditions:
Once the product is mailed, the order cannot be cancelled. We usually mail our products within two days. Orders can be fully refunded before order is shipped out.
Refunds Process:
If you want a refund, please email us in time and we will check the status of your package. If it has not been sent, we will refund you in time.
We will send you an email to confirm whether your refund bank account is correct (paypal or credit card). If your account has changed, please let us know in time.
Once your information is confirmed, you will receive a refund within 2 working days.
Others:
1. We do not charge any handling fees for returns, exchanges or refunds.
2. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
3.HALO HULL reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.

5. We only refund the money for the product, not the postage.
